About Alliance Therapy
Alliance Therapy works with people who feel stuck or overwhelmed and want change. We help people find greater inner peace and connection with others. We believe there are many paths to live a rich life, and we want to help you find yours. We use a variety of client driven treatment methods to help you to achieve your personal goals. We are trained and have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy, among other modalities.

In addition to working with individuals, we work with couples and families. We believe that our closest relationships can determine how we feel about ourselves and the world around us, and by strengthening the communication and connection within these relationships, we can reach a higher level of satisfaction within our lives. We offer families and couples counseling to assist with improving relationships.
Our world is changing everyday. The impact of COVID-19 has had a great effect on all of us, including increased anxiety, depression, and trauma from the dramatic change in our lifestyle. We can provide support and tools to manage strong emotions and promote healing within ourselves.
